Like everyone else I have vulnerable loved ones. I wouldn't really object to the panic-demic measures if they were in the form of advise, guidelines and public education. We are adults. So fair enough. I would welcome them if they were to reduce risk to the vulnerable, which I'm sure they could. And sure there'd be a very small minority that misbehaves, but to coerce everyone to conform at a cost to their own well-being and risk to their own livelihoods, mental health and life is to oppress the majority for the misbehavior of a small minority and is anti liberal at its core.. state driven cruelty.
